The story of
PIZINO.
In 1992, my uncle from Sardinia introduced my father to the art of pizza. In 1993, he opened his first pizzeria. At the age of ten, I baked my first pizza and developed an early passion for the craft. After years in the family business and a career in the corporate world, I finally opened my own pizzeria in 2022: PIZINO. In 2023, I sold the business again — not for lack of passion, but because I realised my vision needed more exclusivity and freedom. Today, PIZINO unites the influences of different Italian regions: the soul of Naples, the warmth of Sicily, the clarity of Sardinia, the elegance of Trieste and the precision of Milan. Five regions. One craft. Baked live and exclusively at the client's location.
